I usually arrange and deliver flowers myself and was pretty worried about ordering online. Customer service was excellent and my flowers were delivered without isssue. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was that the flowers, while of good quality and similar style, didn't look like someone had spent much time arranging them and there were some flower substitutions made even though I did not check the box to indicate that that would be ok. The vase, which I adore in the photo, was also different but still purple and coordinated with the bouquet. Overall, the flowers were pretty and I was happy, I just expected that they would be a little more similar to the photo.
