My mother said the flowers were very pretty and that the person that delivered them was so nice. My only concern was that I had specified a date to have them sent so they would arrive on the 2nd anniversary of my father's death because I knew my mom would be feeling a bit down that day. Instead, they arrived the day before. I'm not sure why. Also, the photo shows a yellow vase which I thought would be pretty but it arrived in a sort of green vase. Other than that, the flowers were beautiful.
